Pros: I've had good experiences with some of the reps at CDK; as a company they are trying hard, but CDK is just struggling to keep up especially for how much they cost.
Cons: We've been slowly getting away from CDK's products. I'm happy with their reps but the systems are outdated. They also make you pay to get your own data.
Pros: Solid product and support all around.
Cons: I have no qualms with CDK.

Pros: I dont like ADP at all
Cons: ADP programs are barely, if at all, compatible with each other. ADP customer support is the worse. And There are constant problems and issues that they can not fix.
Pros: Search parameters.
Cons: Cannot be accessed outside of the dealership, terrible auto responder parameters (only allows for one auto responder to be programmed), too many windows and clicks to complete each task, and very poor email marketing and template designers.
Pros: awesome!! Highly recommended!!
