Pros: Easy desking solution and great finance product. Upgrades have been beneficial over the years. Time stamped notes from different managers make communication easier for customer relations department. Team that heads up the reports function is always awesome.
Cons: Support team is very slow to respond with system issues reported by sales department.
Pros: Older system but it still works.
Cons: Software has multiple glitches, with screens freezing and not saving information all the time.
Pros: Advent CRM is not a comprehensive CRM tool nor does it improve a store's performance because it does not have a robust reporting tool, does not handle effective email campaigns, and one of the worst technical support groups. Desking Tool is their strength.
