Cons: the frustration it creates because the reports are not black and white. they are rated based on notes provided by the managment and sales reps
Pros: They do a decent job of bringing the sales management team into the process of converting email leads.
Cons: Very inflexible, most just complain about our CRM tool. They pretty much just send out daily emails and come in once a month and request changes in the crm. No real results have been delivered.
