They are getting rid of all customer services that aid in locating lost cars on their properties and shuttle services to help customers and transporters to get to the vehicles they are needed to get to. They are getting rid of all in-house security that has done their best at making sure that not only do you get good customer service, but also work their hearts out to make sure that your vehicles that are there do not get stolen in light for cheaper, not caring about you out-house security that could give a rat's arse about you, your cars, or your transporters.
