Pros: Nothing real good to say. Low quality leads
Cons: Serious problems with staff and management. Doubled price in 2015 and then again this year. If the same happens next year they will lose business
Pros: CarGurus is a good lead source and most of the leads are good. I am usually able to reach the shopper.
Cons: I don't like that I can't contact the contact thru my email, I must use the CarGurus email and I'm never sure if they got it or not.
Pros: I like that I get a lot of leads and the shoppers are interested to buy and I usually get responses back.
Cons: I get many that have a wrong number and it would be nice if there was a way for those to be checked before they come to me.
Pros: I don't get many leads from CarGurus maybe 10 or 12 a month but I know they will be good ones. I like the website with CarGurus as it has a green arrow to search higher prices or a red arrow to search lower and it really seems to draw a customer in to search. The search engine option is very good too and easy for the customer to use.
Cons: I don't like the email with CarGurus, it is a thru their site and I can't make contact any other way. I wish I could go thru my own email source.
Pros: I get an average amount of leads and wish I got more. My ROI is decent at about 7%. I wish I got more leads
Cons: I have no issues or complaints
Pros: I have nothing goof to say.
Cons: I don't like that the leads aren't exclusive, I thought they were but found out the leads are shared with many dealers in my area, I don't like that. It should have been explained better that the leads would go around town.
Pros: CarGurus is a good source for getting a lot of leads.
Cons: The biggest problem I have with them is they give you 72 hours to reach a lead or it's taken away and I presume it is given to another dealer. Also the email reply I send is sent thru a CarGurus link and once I'm times out I can not get replys from shoppers. I wish I could have a week or maybe 9 days to reach a customer because it's not always easy when you have to track down correct contact info.
Pros: I like CarGurus, it's an average lead source, nothing bad really and not outstanding either. It gives a lot of leads and I'm converting about 10% and less. The leads aren't always serious shoppers.
Cons: The shoppers that go to CarGurus I feel are those that are just looking at cars and prices and not really serious about purchasing anything.
Cons: I don't like how CarGurus has an email to contact the customer from their site and often times I lose contact with them if they don't follow up right away. Often times the contact info isn't correct and it takes me a bit to get that and that also causes me to lose a contact and I feel this hurts my ROI.
Pros: I like that CarGurus sends the customer right to the inventory they are looking for and they can easily see any discounts or special deals.
Cons: I get phone call leads to the dealership from CarGurus and think they aren't the best quality because all that I get is a phone number and no other info. I'm not happy with what I call blind leads. These are hard to reach a lot of the time too.
