Pros: Easy to setup and install on the PCs. We find Contact at Once works great for us to communicate with prospective customers.

Pros: I am with West Point Buick GMC. We had used this before in our BDC and had great results but then are BDC was shut down and we switched to GM Chat Lab. We've also tried Clientconnextion. This is the best chat platform by far and we are going forward with them once again. I highly recommend them.
