Pros: The support team in sales are incredible!! The took a template website at a good value and did significant customization to make it suit our needs. It has all of the lead generating tools one could hope for. The support is AMAZING!! I can't recommend this team enough!
Cons: The SRP can look a bit busy. But on the upside, they give you a lot of tools.
Pros: I have enjoyed dealer eprocess and how attentive they are to their dealers. I have a rep named Steven Wright who is awesome and always helps me when I have website issues. Also the support team works hard to respond to website issues and has an easy way of emailing back and forth rather than staying on hold for hours like other vendors. I am happy with dealer eprocess.
Cons: I wish some of the fun features like photos of dealers cities in the background of the home page and fun things like the "snow" feature were not additional adds to the basic package. I was hoping that some of the fun interactive website features were part of the basic package.
Pros: Getting our message across in an accurate and timely manner. My representative, Carlos Aguinaga does a fantastic job for us along with the whole e Process support team.
Pros: Their system is easy to work with and their support team is top notch at addressing any issues we come across. Our account rep is astounding with her knowledge of the system, her quick action, and reliability!
Cons: There are a few tasks in the dashboard that I wish I could make the adjustments myself instead of sending in a report request.

Cons: The tool has not worked and they blame Craigslist when they can't post our inventory. We pay for daily updated yet they will not provide us with the daily updates we pay for. When the tool went down we asked for a prorated bill and their response was we will only provide a one time credit. IF the tool goes down in the future we will not provide a credit and that they will still bill us in FULL for a product we are not receiving. How can a company just take a customers money and not provide the product the customer is paying for? When DEP post on craigslist they use the wrong images for the vehicles, use the wrong color for vehicle. I have to spend several hours a week making sure they are doing their job and 90% of the time they are not doing what they say they do. We had a more accurate craigslist when we were running the tool in house.
Pros: Great account support, willing to take on custom requests, VIP program.
Cons: Would love to see Dealer eProcess implement Responsive Web Design as opposed to Adaptive.
