Pros: This system has as much or as little as you want to use. Great for the newbie as well as the pro.

Cons: Coaching support is inconsistent. I need someone who will force me to be as accountable as I am to my staff

Pros: It has been great to use them as our ILM. Really solid product. Plenty of extra and flexibility without having to pay a premium. And the service is quick and easy. The folks on staff make every dealership, regardless of their size, feel important. Raffa's team is spot on.

Cons: Follow through could be improved. Some issues have taken multiple calls to resolve.

Pros: Very easy user interface and support is top notch. If I ever have a question or an issue they have it resolved quickly. Coupled with the website this CRM is very powerful. We have 13 stores and the ability to customize the system for each stores needs is great.

Cons: Some of the BDC tools are not well developed with the email blasts and equity follow up. No service CRM.

Pros: Flexibility and most important item - the people behind the product all the way up to the president listen to you! When checking out whatever CRM system; ask yourself if the company presidents rolls up his sleeves and sets the example to the rest of his employees by being there for the customer. We have had some small hiccups and they have always been resolved. I am really pleased that we made the change to DealerPeak. One of the best moves our dealership has made. Pros: Everything you need in a CRM and more. Very complex but if you take the time to understand it, you will absolutely love it. Their support is what makes this CRM the best. Always available and always friendly.

Pros: They have excellent staff that are knowledgeable, professional and have true experience in the car business. The DealerPeak products are coded well and they have layers of compatibility and features for both admins, sales people and owners to make the software a useful tool sell more cars day in and day out. We use their desking, CRM, Website, Inventory and Marketing tools and all of them have yielded results in our first year of use.

Cons: Bugs in the software here and there, but all of the bugs are actively fixed or a creative work-around solution is created for what we are trying to get done.

Pros: Great customer service and training staff. They are willing to think outside the box to find solutions. We are very happy with them.

Cons: Still have a few problems but their willingness to work through them and to help the dealer makes it well worth it.
