Pros: They have really helped us get our internet phone department up and running. The training videos are really good. Scripts are magic. And the support is solid, when it is available.
Cons: Training support has been inconsistent. You pay a lot for ongoing support that should be consistently provided.
Pros: Solid professional training from people who have done the job!
Cons: Be ready for tough, demanding and thorough training! People who don't want to be held accountable will dislike it immensely!
Pros: I came to Sean Bradley and Dealer Synergy because I wanted to take my department to the next leel, we needed training and a new strategy. Dealer Synergy did that and much mor, doubled our sales and gross in 2 months, and we are still moving upward. Our internet department would be nowhere like it is today without DealerSynergy.
Cons: No cons, great service.
Pros: They have a great training program and really do know their stuff. They are great at follow-up and making sure processes are implemented and the training is being enforced.
Cons: Their training felt a little cookie-cutter, as in they do the same processes, scripts and templates for every single dealership. I felt some of their ideas were not a good match for our dealership, i.e., calling/emailing the customer every single day for days on end. That might work with some brands, but definitely not with our brand of customers. They taught us to completely avoid price, and we all know these days that the dealership with no price is the highest priced. I was also a little put off by their staff as they were unprofessional. When they came to train, they expected us to run and get them coffee and would take phone calls during our training acting pretty arrogant stating the call was from a CEO of a fortune 500 company and also bragged about fancy cars and expensive stuff they bought. I would not invite them back to our dealership - their training was very expensive and was not a good fit for our store, and neither was their staff.
Pros: Great training, I defenitely learned to master the outbound calls process. Great skills to have in order to be succesful in internet sales. Very dynamic an intense training, very well structured... Nicely done Andy Fido!!
Pros: Andy Fedo and the entire Dealer Synergy team are top notch. It has been an eye opening experience. My team is better trained and my store is moving in a more productive approach towards its customer base! Please email me if you would like more info!

Pros: After reviewing several Business Development/Internet Sales/Phone Sales, training comapnies, we chose Dealer Synergy to take our Internet Sales/Phone up sales to a higher a level. Since being in contact for a little over 30 days, Sean Bradley and his team have been just as advertised, and more. Light bulbs have been turning on at every corner!
