Pros: Very knowledgeable and process oriented. He understands the business and listens to what you (the client) is looking for in your BDC. In my experience, the help didn't end once training was complete. He has gone the extra mile to help tweak our process and templates as our needs changed. I'd also recommend his secret shopping service as well as his market price analysis reporting.
Pros: Joe is organized, proactive, and extremely helpful. Not only is he a wealth of knowledge, he is a great trainer. He also does an amazing job setting up sales processes.

Pros: It's been great working with Joe Webb, Bill Playford and Melissa Roberts. I don't know what I would have done without them. I've only been in this business for about 10 months and had no clue what I was doing. They've really helped me become a better BD Agent with all of the training I received.
Pros: Our Internet Department has been working closely with Joe Webb, Bill Playford and Melissa Roberts even before I started! We have regular phone calls with them and they are always so helpful! Every time we have a question they are fast in replying. Thank you for always helping us improve.
Pros: It's been great working with Joe Webb, Bill Playford and Melissa Roberts. They have been so helpful! I am not sure how we survived without them. Our team works closely with all three and they are always just a phone call/email away. We truly enjoy working with all three of them.
Pros: Setting up new internet departments or departments that need structure and training internet teams. Joe Webb, Bill Playford, and Melissa Roberts have worked closely with our dealership for a little over a year now and we have seen a significant increase in business! We were lost before, and joe and his team came in and gave our internet department a ciriculum to follow and it works! Our be agents have virtual meetings with Melissa, one the trainers, and go over different topics each week. They have changed our dealership from an old school store to a cutting edge business!! Can't say enough good things about Dealerknows.

Cons: Was more interested in conveying his "knowledge" of the industry than willing to listen to our store culture and form his internet plan around us. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
Pros: Joe and Bill are true to what they believe. Over the years their core values and outlook on customer service with the Internet have not changed. This is proven through their Internet process and with the passion they have for everyone of their clients to succeed. And they do not have an issue letting you know what areas where you (lets be honest) SUCK but they are there to help you fix them I would much rather have trainer come in and be honest with me and my team over a trainer that tells me something they think I want to hear, makes them sound good or something they just read from a blog and are trying to coin it themselves. You know who you are!!! Trust me go with the guys that do their own thing not ride the bandwagon. A team that goes above and beyond, there very few out there. So don't pass over this trainer. I am being truthful about this training team. I have used them at two different dealer groups and they have been a huge asset at both places. Please know I do not work for DealerKnows and they have not paid me for this review, well other than the wealth of knowledge they have given me and how to grow Internet Department.
Cons: The only con is you haven't call DealerKnows yet.
Pros: Who Knows? Joe Knows!! And you can't forget Bill, what a team!! These guy's know and understand the Internet process and they don't just say they know, they "Know". They will work with you so you also know and understand. DealerKnows is passionate about what they do, they care about all of the dealers they work with. So stop reading this review and call DealerKnows now!! Joe, Bill and the rest of their team will take the time to work with you to make "Success" happen. They will show you and your team the steps you need to take to reach your goal(s). This is a solid company, that will lead you down the path that will make "YOUR" dealership as a whole grow, without a doubt. But you have to understand one thing, it's up to "YOU" on how successful you are and how much you are willing to do to be successful. Are you ready and willing? Are you up for the task? Then what are you going to do? Call DealerKnows before your competitor down the street does!! I'm telling you, you don't won't to be that dealership. It's 2013, "Wake Up And Smell The Internet"!! it's not a fade and it's not going anywhere.
Cons: Cons? There are none. The only Con would be that you don't call Joe Webb, Bill Playford and the rest of their team at DealerKnows to help you get your business on track.
Pros: Extremely informative and leading the way in internet sales consulting. Not your same boring old tactics, very refreshing.
