Pros: Their products are easy to use and "dealer friendly." They're customer service is very attentive, which is not so with most vendors in the automotive space. I have used their services for 5 years and they continue to add value every year , while improving their products. DealerRater makes it easy for honest dealerships to convey their transparency to prospects. Most importantly, everyone at DealerRater is friendly and polite.
Pros: Stand out against the competition.
Cons: The guidelines do not make sense. You need to have X amount of reviews in the "prior quarter" as one of the qualifications. So if start a dealership, you hit or even exceed the number of reviews during your first yearly quarter (let's say FEB) you have to now wait until the end of Q1 (March 31st) to qualify. THEN you have to wait another 2 weeks for their "system" to update all the Cert Employee information. DealerRater pushes and promotes just how important reviews are and how standing out helps you sell more vehicles yet 4 months later I still do not have the "Certified Logo" they boast about. The lack of urgency on their side to have this completed in a better timely fashion goes against their urgency for one to become a Certified Employee.
Pros: Great Customer Service! Knowledgeable Staff
Pros: No Pros, they post your data even if you don't sign up, then use your name without permission in the searches. They are forcing dealers to pay for their service, direct your customers to respond to them in an effort to keep your ratings high when Google does this for dealers free of charge.
Cons: Waste of Money, google offers the service for free. Dealers should not spend their money on these types of companies. Where does it end.
Pros: We are new to Dealer eProcess but have been extremely pleased with all of the assistance we have received during the set-up. Our Launch Coordinator, Kate has been helpful throughout the whole process.
Pros: Easy to use and very helpful staff, would definitely recommend!!!

Pros: We are having nice success with DealerRater for both of our stores and working with Diane Dumont has been particularly helpful. She has been accessible and responsive to all needs and requests which allows us to see requested changes that could impact our business right away.
Pros: The Dealer Rater product is very easy to use, not only as a sales consultant, but also as an Administrator... I set up all my Fette Kia Salespeople, on our DealerRater Panel, including their photos, title and access levels... The new updated version of the product, is incredibly easy and very intuitive. The BEST feature of DealerRater is the Customer Support. My support Rep is Diane Dumont... Diane is extremely prompt in calling you back, is very knowledgeable, and patient, never rushing through the process... And she resolves the issue... She takes me through the feature in question, more than once if I don't get it immediately... and gives great advice on how to make the most of my tools on DR... I have a lot more confidence now that I will be able to increase my flow of new customers... Thanks Diane, for your support!!!
Pros: I think DealerRater is a great tool. Traditionally we have been asking our customers to review us on Yelp or Google. We still do that now, however, with DealerRater lotshot our review count improved considerably. You can then display those on your website, facebook or autorader account.
Cons: widget tools with actual review count would be helpful, the resource should do a bit more marketing to be more known for retail consumers.
