Pros: CTI works well, great support.
Cons: Can be unintuitive
Pros: The CTI process has revolutionized sales phone calls, and has provided us the tools to review and improve upon our current phone processes, as well as provided many learning opportunities to teach and coach better skills.
Pros: Best CRM tool I have worked with. I have seen many CRM tools in both automotive and real estate industries. Dealersocket is far more robust and very intuitive to use. Support is second to none.
Cons: It can be a little intimidating at first but this is just because thee is so much there. It gets easier with time. The price tag may be a little heavy for smaller dealerships.
Pros: Highly sophisticated web based CRM
Cons: Too sophisticated. Very difficult for managers and sales people to use. You need a fulltime CRM Manager to keep everything straight. Your Sales Managers will not be able to do it and work car deals at the same time. Support is absolutely the worst in the business. You need something? Get in line and wait. It's a loooong line. It took me 3 months to get a privacy form added and then when we called in to check they had no record of it. Finally got it done and now we can't print our Customer Purchase offer. Also, our Service scheduling doesn't work either. Do you think they are in any hurry to get you up and going? Think again.
Pros: Works at tracking walk in and phone leads
Cons: With Canada instituting the CASL law it completely screwed up how Dealersocket handles internet leads. Their implementation of Spam compliance is horrible. The Program will decide by itself if you can email your customer. The override is a pain in the ass to use and they killed a great product.
Pros: This product is really awesome at...
Cons: They cannot seem to get lead routing correct. We all know nowadays consumers visit multiple websites to research and this in turn creates multiple lead submission. Dealer socket's software does not have a concise lead routing therefore you have multiple lead submission assigned to different sales associates creating internal conflict. We are seeling cancelingthis service and researching a more efficient lead management tool.
Pros: It lets your boss know you are working.
Pros: Quickly recording calls. Making it easy to keep track of your work.
Cons: Shorten the time needed to record a call.
Pros: It is a great way to keep phone calls logged in the notes as well.
Pros: I like that it keeps track of my phone calls and if I can't remember what was said I can go back and listen again.
Cons: Right now it seems like that playback feature doesn't always work.
