Pros: Very convenient to have on the phone and it be right at my finger tips when I need it. It's easy to navigate around.
Cons: Not able to fill in all of the fields I need filled in. Have to put it in on the desktop CRM to complete.

Pros: -Easy and simple to log customers, always have access to customers at work and on the go. Easy to look up customers while on the lot (if needed), great for keeping track up emails and text messages through the CRM, and a lot more.

Pros: Gives my sales team and myself a lot of information and ability on the go. The cons I would list are only to enhance the product but do not limit my ability as much as it still helps.
Cons: Some functions are limited. Can't add co-buyer. Video function in email needs to be embedded in email. Customer has to download video. Should really try to replicate bombbomb or a facebook news feed.
