Pros: I like how you can text message from the system using text templates. The best thing that I use it for is to send customers our address.
Cons: I wish the opt in message said my name in it.
Pros: Texts notes automatically put in notes. Allows customers to opt in or out to stay compliant Quick interaction between customer and salesperson
Cons: Not able to send pictures/attachments Occasionally makes you have to have customer re-opt in after customer has already opted-in No notification in To Dos of customer opting in to Socket Talk initially
Pros: Love that I can click and text the customer without having to put in the phone number! Everything I need is all right there!
Cons: They have to accept all the conditions to be able to communicate with them via text
Pros: Easy to use. Protects us legally. Generates a lot of business.
Pros: compliance, i can use it to communicate with staff too
Cons: the opt in notification only goes to the sender. If a bdc rep sends the opt in text the assigned salesman is left out of the loop
Pros: Easy to use and keeps us compliant.
Pros: I wouldn't make contact with most of my customers if it wasn't for Socket Talk. Customers would rather text than talk these days.
Cons: Unable to send or receive pictures.
Pros: Customers are able to dial the number and reach me right away
Cons: Way too many opt in's! I understand that it's FCC legal issue, BUT we should be able to do more than 3 opt in's.
Pros: SocketTalk is a great way to communicate with other people at the dealership, especially during busy times with a lot of customers
Pros: Very user friendly within the desktop version as well as the mobile ap. Allows you to view work notes and all texts as they took place within the transaction.
Cons: No real "con" we really like the Socket Talk feature of DS.
