Pros: Dealertrack is a good established product.

Cons: If you pay attention and do your work- you'll get good results. If you don't work at it you're not going to get anything out of any DMS you use.

No DMS is perfect, but DealerTrack is very close.

Pros: Online access in a real time environment is extremely useful for daily operations. Inquiry options allow for deep dive investigation for information details from most screens. This DMS is easy to use and learn. The #1 benefit is affordability compared to other DMS providers.

Pros: Dealertrack has moved into the top position. With access to your data and no certification fees to your vendors they are the only one to consider. They are forward thinking and definitely advancing with technology not forcing me to adapt to their dated software. The Opentrack API is allowing me to develop in house applications to help my employees be more efficient which in turn improves the customer experience.

Cons: If I had to pick a shortcoming it is their advanced reporting tool however with some patience and perseverance it works fine.

Pros: Technology!! We loved the bells and whistles.

Cons: It didn't work. Accounting was disaster and nothing worked the way they promised. All it did was cost us a lot of money. I really wanted it to work.

Pros: The service pops up first and we love that part. It is very easy to use and customer friendly. It is easy for a customer to make a service appointment. Can't think of anything we would change.

Pros: Open to changes and ideas. I love the red flags. It's good at protecting the dealer from fraud and making sure the social security matches up with addresses and phone numbers for customers.

Pros: Very quick, never have a problem as far as looking up information from customers. Very easy to use.

Pros: I have been using this product for eight years and it has never failed me! It's got everything in one area and is easy to read. The responses are fast, too. I don't think I've ever had an issue with it.

Cons: Nothing to say.
