Pros: The service pops up first and we love that part. It is very easy to use and customer friendly. It is easy for a customer to make a service appointment. Can't think of anything we would change.

Pros: Open to changes and ideas. I love the red flags. It's good at protecting the dealer from fraud and making sure the social security matches up with addresses and phone numbers for customers.

Pros: Very quick, never have a problem as far as looking up information from customers. Very easy to use.

Pros: I have been using this product for eight years and it has never failed me! It's got everything in one area and is easy to read. The responses are fast, too. I don't think I've ever had an issue with it.

Pros: Install went quickly. Friendly Staff

Cons: Switched from Rey Rey to Dealer track working deals is easy but lacking the proper calculation to work deals properly. Hard to find the right person to talk to about fixing issues. Still trying to fix accounting problems three weeks later.

Pros: Transferring data to other vendors. Web based so product is continually updated.

Cons: Installation and support is below par in our opinion. It seems to take too long to get answers or find the person who can answer a question.

Pros: the new DMS 2.0 takes Dealertrack to a new level. Now any browser and any device works with this new interface. The "My Favorites" screen allows each user to have their own customized home screen. This means that I can have Any and All of the menu picks that I use everyday on one home screen, even if I want GL, Payroll, F&I, Parts and/or Service menu picks. No more scrolling through menu screens, remembering numbers or abbreviations. Just point and click (or on my Ipad - touch). We of course still love the fact that all of our data is kept forever and it is ours! we can go back and reprint or find anything from the day we first started (we also have all the data that was converted still there). The DMS is so easy yet so capable. We Love it!

Cons: They need to charge more so it seems more valuable.
