Pros: We've been using the system for years and are familiar with the part that we use.

Cons: We only use maybe 20% of the system (and we've been using it for years) because it is complex, old, and outdated. We don't have time to learn how to use it. Unfortunately, it is time consuming and not user friendly. They have terrible customer service (it is hard to get in touch with them on every level). I’ve learned that when I want answers, I need to figure it out for myself. All that effort and it's not accurate.

Pros: I really like Cars.com. The rep is really good. I like the website a lot, it's easy to navigate for the customer and it looks good too. I can count on the leads being good too.

Cons: None

Pros: I really like that I get a lot of good leads from AutoTrader.

Cons: I think the trade in app is pretty accurate most of the time. It doesn't always line up with the value KBB gives and I don't like that.

Pros: I like that I get plenty of leads. The info is usually pretty accurate based on the exact model and options.

Cons: Sometimes customers get confused and think they can get a fully loaded model for the same price TrueCar gave for a base model.

Pros: I get a lot of leads from TrueCar and most of the time they are shoppers interested to buy and I can reach them.

Cons: Sometimes the website can offer too much info for the customer about models and price range and it confuses the customer and they try to get the lowest price when it's about a fully loaded model.
