Cons: I feel the chat tool automatically follows up with customers too frequently and sends that info to me as a lead ready to come in and set an appointment. I feel it frustrates the customer when at the time they are just researching info.
Pros: They use CDK and can't change as that is what the manufacturer requires. I am satisfied with it, maybe because I am familiar with it and can easily find what I need to upload or make changes. I like that I can put special deals right up front for the customer and that the web is easy to navigate for them.
