Pros: Best chat service I have used. Easy to use interface, quality response from chat operators, excellent support and training.

Cons: As with any lead service, your sales team must be engaged. CarNow sets up the deal, you need to close it.

Pros: Not unhappy. You get out what you put in. Generally the leads are from actual interested customers.

Pros: Back end tool not all that bad.

Cons: Incredibly poor customer service, tech support, nickel and diming you on EVERYTHING. It was a fight every time we needed an export set up, even though we had unlimited exports and it was in writing, they still wanted to charge for it.

Pros: Online access in a real time environment is extremely useful for daily operations. Inquiry options allow for deep dive investigation for information details from most screens. This DMS is easy to use and learn. The #1 benefit is affordability compared to other DMS providers.

Pros: Incredibly responsive. When I ask for something to be done, it gets done, period. They are great to work with and one of the few companies that seem to really care about the relationship they have with the dealer.
