Pros: Intuitive. Video component is top of the line and makes our communications stand out from the crowd. A.I. feature definitely drives results and creates a high level of engagement. The customer service is top notch, speedy, and consistent. So for a CRM to stand out in the sea of CRMS, assist in creating a high level of engagement and great customer service, that is a game changer for us. We have used Cobalt LMCC, iCar Magic, and Vin Solutions in the past.

Cons: The lack of creating our own email blasts and enterprise customer search among rooftops.

Pros: We love using this CRM tool with The Caddy feature, phone tracking, video capabilities, dashboard reporting that is sortable as needed, the mobile application is easy to capture nessecary information by scanning, and the delivery photos help further promote our business. We love the way it ties customer records to social aspects and delivery photos can promote our business directly to Facebook. A lot of research and continuing improvements went into this CRM, I believe the Best in the Market for ease and adaptability, with more features then others. I would highly recommend Drive Centric from ownership to staff they have been Great for our Stores.

Cons: None ... We need something different they seem to be able to adapt to our every need.
