Pros: The review gathering by hitting buyers and service visitors with surveys immediately after their visits has helped immensely. It provides us with fresh reviews, an opportunity to head off at the pass an otherwise unfavorable OEM survey, and provides us both a morale boost and performance coaching tool.
Pros: very quick at making sure we have received our reviews and posting them to where they belong. Allows us to make the changes and reply the way we want
Cons: Some of the replies are pretty Canned.
Pros: Jason and the team at Digital Air Strike have been extremely helpful in assisting with any questions, concerns, or ideas that we bring to them. Everything is done is such a efficient and professional manner. It is always a great experience when dealing with them!
Pros: The email survey is great but for in-house use only.
Cons: We liked the email survey at first until we realized the feedback we received didn't get posted to the sites. Their responses to reviews are cookie cutter.

Pros: They are very accessible and many vendors aren't. We have a team of staff members on our account. They manage our reputation and our social media and we're so happy with work. Their smart surveys are good, they have partnerships with Cars.com, Edmunds & Merchant Circle which will increase your star ratings. They create & manager up to 60 social sites for you, can handle you website blog and so much more.
Cons: They are a little pricy but once you consider all you're getting it's reasonable.
Pros: Good team and reporting is ok.
Cons: STale feel to emails and FB posts are too generic
Pros: They have co-ops with OEMs.
Cons: How they acquired those co-ops, no one will ever know. They did a good job in posting positive reviews to Cars.com but that's because Cars.com has a relationship with them to post automatically. They have cookie cutter responses to all reviews with poor response timing.
Pros: For reputation management they are great at optimizing your existing local listings, setting up listings you've neglected and staying on top of incoming reviews. Great service and communication.
Pros: Knowledgeable, good customer service and great follow through.
Cons: Some of their social media posts could be more unique to our dealership and clientele and not so generic to the brand and auto industry.
