Pros: They have a very simple interface. The video feature is a huge differentiator for our team as we communicate with our guests and is very easy to use, even for our veteran team members. The alerts keep you on top of what you need to be aware of throughout the day. Best opportunity report in the business. Great support team to work with. A.I., texting, Reputation Management, the list goes on and on. This CRM has allowed us to get much higher engagement rates with our digital opportunities compared to other CRM solutions we've used in the past. I highly recommend Drive Centric to all dealerships.
Pros: One of the things that I like best about DriveCentric is the easy in which you can see how your sales staff and the customer are engaging in the sales process.
Cons: Since the software isn't basic, safe and 10 years old, you sometime have minor software bugs that need to be worked out.
Pros: Intuitive. Video component is top of the line and makes our communications stand out from the crowd. A.I. feature definitely drives results and creates a high level of engagement. The customer service is top notch, speedy, and consistent. So for a CRM to stand out in the sea of CRMS, assist in creating a high level of engagement and great customer service, that is a game changer for us. We have used Cobalt LMCC, iCar Magic, and Vin Solutions in the past.
