Pros: Very fast and easy to use. Never had any problems with the functionality.
Cons: The only problems come not from the product but from the customers putting in incorrect information.
Pros: Every thing seems to work whenever we need it. Integrated into our dealership website. Staff is great and easy to do business with.
Pros: Pulls a soft credit hit instead of a hard one. This allows the ability to better strategize with the customer.
Cons: Occasionally soft hit will not work, so still have to do a hard hit.
Pros: One of the best options is for text notification of new applications. With our high volume of applications we receive each month this is a great way to be notified.

Cons: Wish the whole application was on one page and not multiple pages. This means you only get partial information.

Cons: It depends on us if the leads are good or not. I would like a format which integrates with DealerSocket. The current process of getting a person's credit application is labor intensive. It would also be helpful if they could provide the name of the salesperson on the credit application.
Pros: The leads are just fine and much better than third party vendors We are getting the credit because we are able to provide it with CreditPlus. It works well with our CRM. There is very little lag time. I've used eLEND for ten years and am quite happy!
Cons: Sometimes if a customer puts in a co-app, you have to go in and pull the customer's credit. It doesn't run the co-app's information. The vehicle request option is worthless, so I think the employment information would be more useful.
Pros: Leads are good. We close in the high 20% rate because the customers are able to get us their credit information. Very easy to do business with.
Cons: The two buttons on the soft credit pull are a little confusing if they don't click "allow lender submission." It gives me an extra step because I have to go and contact the customer for further information. It would be great if it integrated better with Route1.
