Finance numbers...

Looking for some feedback on average numbers should be at a 70-80 car/month store for a finance manager. Basically one F&I guy with a second guy taking customers on the finance managers day off.

Product is new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and used inventory


Product Penetration

Rate participation or just go for product

This store is also a four square store and not a trade difference store. All feedback is greatly appreciated.

1500+ PVR  (could be up to 1800+ as a CDJR store)

Warranty 55%

Chem packages 25%

Gap 35%

Security/Etch 85%

You want to earn a point on average each deal.  This would be higher depending on the amount of lower credit you are in - more points for more risk.

Jared has given you some good numbers to shoot for.  I have very close to the same goals here at our Honda store.  In 8 months I still haven't hit my goals, but showing improvement each month.  

For July my numbers were:

1150 pvr, warranty 51%, gap 35%, etch 87%, chemicals 20%.  Reserve is included in the PVR.
