Are you using social media to increase customer loyalty?

The more you engage with customers, the more you increase loyalty. Facebook and Twitter are ideal platforms for engaging with customers. Dealer employees, do you have any stories or examples about how you’ve used social media (conversations, promotions, etc.) to create a lifelong, loyal customer?

I don't have any examples or stories. This seems to an area that although many dealers are being very successful there are still those of us that don't know how to start correctly nor have the current staff to begin or know how on who to hire that can do the job. Are there any others that feel the same as I do? Who over might have successful stories, what was your first step.
