Company and Sales Incentive Ideas

Hi! I wanted to see if we could get some ideas for sales and company wide non cash incentives. We have been doing a few things on a monthly basis but wanted to change it up. Open to all your ideas. Thanks!

Hello Karen, I am one of the sales managers at a fairly large BHPH dealership. Our sales staff is commissioned so cash is always king - however a few little extra things we do that seem to work really well are: 1. Food - if the sales staff hits their weekend goal the managers will cook out the following weekend 2. Scheduling - we offer contests for early out on the weekends if the salesperson wants to take advantage 3. Movie tickets 4. Fine dining at a local restaurant These can all be done at a frequency of your choosing. We do cash incentives on a monthly basis, food every week, movies and restaurants are done weekly and monthly just depending on what kind of goals we need to hit. I hope this helps!
