We are a rural Southeast Alabama Toyota franchise. I just looked at my last 90 day numbers. The delivery percentage for all prospects including Internet was 24.85%. One other interesting stat is that we closed 69% of prospects who we quoted numbers. Obviously we are going to try to get more prospects to the write up step.

Lots of factors here, in the past for a 10 store group it stayed around 18-22% (showroom, phone, internet and 3rd party). There were some that were falsely high (limited showroom logging) other that were great. That influences the number more than performance so you won't find any pure comparisons online, really just best to review historical trends and changes to the process of lead capture and its impact on giving you an accurate denominator.
