Good point Dianne. That issue makes it ultra important that thorough notes are being kept in the CRM of every prospect interaction. That will help to prevent conflicting information from going to a prospect or customer as well as prevent "split deal" armageddon!

I believe that there needs to be a solid process between handling internet opportunities and working them when they show up/ I talk a lot about the modern sales professional. The modern sales professional needs to be an internet saavy executive.
