In reading some info on other companies providing website/crm/inventory postings, it strikes me that bigger is not always better. What it all really boils down to is the dealer treated like a valued customer day in and day out, regardless of size or tech knowledge...does the company deliver on its promises..make good on any mistakes...have excellent customer service 24/7? If you answered no to these, you are probably paying too much and receiving too little. As an affiliate company to the auto industry, I know that dealers are the lifeline to my livelihood. We are big enough to deliver what you need but small enough to be personable and hungry enough to treat our customers with the respect and service they deserve. So, my question, if you will forgive my ranting, is, at what point with a vendor that is difficult to work with, do dealers say enough is enough?
