Is there value in dealership employee forum participation?

I think so and am guessing that those of you reading this would agree. By virtue of being on, you recognize the value of social networks and community. However, does your boss agree? Or your employees? Have you been trying to communicate the value of connecting with your peers at other dealerships? Two reasons why I posted this discussion: 1. Is this a conversation that we still need to have or is everyone you know already on board? 2.
