Previous Customer Follow Up

Right now we are using a CRM company strictly for following up with customers after they purchase a vehicle. They provide us with letters that have the salesperson's name signed a the bottom and the salesperson signs it and we mail it to the customer. They get birthday cars and things like that. Does anyone know a company that does a similar type of service? Any information would be appreciated!

I have spoken with dealers and groups who use ProResponse ( Auto Accelerator seems to provide a more robust set of services including Service and Database marketing.

If all your doing with a CRM is that, eliminate it all together and have VisibleCustomer market and retain from your DMS. I personally can't see working efficiently without a CRM, but if your not going to use it, save your money.
