What is considered good conversion rates for lead to appointment set and appointment set to Show?

Our dealership clients average 5%-10% on lead to appointment set. Not sure about appointment set to show. Last month, the average campaign (100ish rooftops) had 937 leads, 72 appointments, 10 cars sold. Hopefully you find this helpful.
