I like to build lists and do the ol' export / import to facebook and run ads based on those custom audiences. 


I also like to automate as much as possible.. The idea being that a customer is always a customer until they are not and even then they are still a customer. Which means you need to be in contact with them with messaging that relates to the current status they are in. 

New customers and owners should have different messaging. 1 year vs 3 year owners should have varied messaging. 

I could go on all day...
