How Late Do You Call?

Unless the lead comes in after 8:00, we stop our follow up calls then. You can sense some grumpiness after 7:00, but we generally get good results during that time. It's always a good thing to acknowledge the late hour and ask if its a good time to talk before proceeding.

We follow the same rule as Jeffrey. Unless it's a new lead, 8pm is the shut off point.

Always followed Jeffrey's rule of thumb. If the lead comes in later than 8PM, we'll call right then. However, followups stop at 7. This changes with Daylight savings time here in PA/NJ because of the longer light hours though. We do capitalize on the more Vitamin D (positivity in attitudes!) and take a BIT of a hit when it's dark by 6.

Sales call for business is OK, but by disturbing them may annoy them. In my opinion, cut-off time for sales call should be 6:30 PM as it is of mine. After this time, people go home or some other places to relax or either for any purpose and disturbing them at that time is really annoying.
