First week developing marketing at a used car dealership. I am seeking your words of wisdom.

Sam - congrats on the opportunity. I work at SimplyCast where we automate many processes for dealers - including a survey aspect that can build information on the customer. For example you could provide a preliminary survey to collect some simple information (name, email, phone) and then automate a process to collect additional information (lead location, other vehicles, etc.) to engagement the customer through a process. From there can build email, text and other engagement - to offer savings, manage events, offer service specials, etc. Let me know of any questions and would certainly like to show you our solution.
