Hi Bill, The Vinsolutions post just went live today: It was great meeting you in Vegas. If you're in New Orleans for NADA, maybe we can connect again! Casey and Chris, thanks for the replies!

what is the best way to improve my Google analytics? I am having trouble finding the goal configuration menu page... Example (what we want to improve on) if you Google a used Chrysler 300 in my area other dealers are showing before we do...

Chip, the goal conversions are listed in the left menu bar under the "Conversions" tab. This is where you would track goals that you have already setup. To setup new goals, click on the "Admin" tab in the upper right. Although your question is more about improving on a keyword phrase. To track this, the best place is Google Webmaster Tools, which you can link to your GA account. This will give you a list of keywords that your customers are using to find your site and how each keyword phrase ranks. Hope this helps.
