Help: Confused/Weak Referrals

Christopher Murray
Nathan, I was a salesperson for 11 years before I stepped down into the ranks of management. While I was selling I sat next to a 30+ guy named Gene Roma and he taught me that in order to "hit the big time" in unit volume you had to control service. Simply put Gene would tell every single customer he was delivering a car too that he would be offended if the customer did not call him for all of there needs including service. Gene was at his desk every morning talking on the phone to previous customers all morning while scheduling their appointments for service. I realized he never calls old customers because they call him! Imagine being that close with everyone you ever sold a car to? I adopted this business model back then and it made my sales career a 100% success! I recommend it to every above average producer I have ever met and I am recommending it to you!

I'm not too concerned with my Facebook results. I knew going into Facebook advertising that it had big "bust" potentials. I'm a big Facebook proponent. And I will continue to use it. I just need to develop the art/graphics to carry my brand "Legally" when advertising on Facebook. [e] Chris, thanks for the insights, I do schedule many of my customers service appointments. I have offered to pick up and drop off their cars too, but when I'm busy that becomes very chaotic...and it takes me away from the store.
