Is your dealership likable?

The phrase "People buy from people they like" is repeated so often, yet forgotten just as quick. At Auction Direct we were able to show this "genuine" side during our initial meet & greet with the customers - this short introduction (we called it the learning wall) was the perfect setting for the sales person and the guest to both be genuine - and in turn, allowed the marketing message to be heard and understand. This was a key part of making our dealership likable.

What a great example Eric! I'm not quite sure how I still haven't made my way to AD before, but man I'd love to see it in action. Maybe I'll find a reason to sneak in and experience it next time I'm in town. :) One key aspect that I think is really important, is that when the dealer is genuine, that in turn tells the customer that they also can be.
