Mobile App Dicussion

Hi Cameron, just read what you're looking for. I work for a Belgian company/application builder, we have a product which I think is superior to what American vendors have to offer (at least those I know, i've done only some research), and has all the functionalities you're looking for. Feel free to get in touch ...

Cameron - I've looked at the landscape of APP providers out there for a client of ours that was interested a while back. I found AppMatrix to have the best solution of those that I saw, however DME's APP was not one of the ones that I looked at.
Live2 Support
Mobile apps make easy to access your favourite app in your mobile device. In the same manner, Live2Support is available on mobile devices (Android and iPhone). Now your customers can be supported from your mobile.

No need for an app per say via the google or apple. But, find a vendor that can build you a simple to navigate, nice eye candy, mobile site that's native, with rich content. Ease of use, a point, touch, execute style of navigation. The problem with most apps crashing is the client-servicer site architecture runs out of memory. Look at your Analytics, see the percentage of mobile users vs conventional. Look at how your going to market the newly launched site, what are your expectations. I'm not a vendor, just part of the nerd herd with my take on your need.
