Has anyone tried InstaQuote?

We are considering trying InstaQuote. Has anyone out there tried them? Is the system accurate incorporating the OEM incentives, etc? Any problems with implementation?

I have not tried them, but I did look at the product. The one thing that I found is when the lead comes into our CRM, there was going to be an issue on determining the trim level on how the lead came in. I would check with your CRM and with Instaquote and see what they have to say as far as compatability. Overall, I did like the layout of the emails, etc., but it wasn't going to work for us with the CRM which was unfortunate.

I am a reseller and rep for InstaQuote. Jim, FYI we integrate fully with most CRM tools - which one does your dealership use? Update: Unfortunately, InstaQuote went out of business in October 2013. I moved my dealers to a better Enhanced Automated Lead Response system that also stops the response clock with most CRM tools and does everything else that InstaQuote did, only better.
