Social Media So Far in 2012

Social media has become one of the ways that business gets done. Car dealers are spending more time on it. Their customers are spending more time on it. It makes sense. Out with the old, in with the new. G+ offers more of the type of social functionality that a review/listing service needs. It will make them go from a mediocre offering to the best in that with the possible exception of Yelp.
