Brazen New Year’s Day Dealership Theft

A brazen thief broke into vehicles at multiple dealerships on New Year’s Day…in broad daylight.

According to a News12 report, multiple dealerships were robbed in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Both Carter County Dodge and Carter County Hyundai were robbed on New Year’s Day, in broad daylight. Some of the theft was caught on camera. The story indicated a middle-aged man drove onto the lots in a truck with Texas plates and stole an estimated $15,000 worth of car stereos from dealership vehicles at the two stores.

The theft reportedly occurred without incurring vehicle damage and the vehicles were reportedly re-locked following the crime.
