Dealer Minute: Venezuela Seizes GM Plant, Brazen Truck Theft

This is your ‘dealer minute’ look at news from all around the nation.

First off, on April 21, a vigil will be held to remember the tragedy that occurred when dealership owners who were shot to death in their dealership. A local city councilman will lead the vigil for Michael Kunzik, 50 and Trina Tomola, 46.


Next up, David Taylor Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram out of Murray, Kentucky is offering $500 for information leading to the arrest of a truck thief. In a surveillance video from April 18 at 3 a.m. someone is visible stealing a Ford F-150 off the dealership lot.

Finally, General Motors has indicated the government of Venezuela has illegally seized one of their plants. GM told CNBC they will “take all legal actions” needed to resolve the situation.
