Dealership Gives Truck to Marine Hero

October 9, 2017 0 Comments

A man who emerged as a hero amidst a national tragedy has been rewarded by an Arizona dealership.

According to multiple media outlets, including CNN, B5 Motors, in Gilbert, Arizona, gave a free truck to U.S. Marine veteran Taylor Winston. During the deadly shooting in Las Vegas that left 59 dead and some 489 wounded, Winston showed bravery and heroism.

Acting fast during the shooting, Winston reportedly stole a truck and used it to transport victims of the tragedy to the hospital. After hearing about his efforts to save lives, B5 Motors sent out a message on social media about Taylor’s actions and sought help in finding him in order to give him a free truck. In a video on the B5 motors Facebook page, Taylor is seen receiving his free Ford F-150 from the dealership.

Certainly this story is both an example of a man who acted heroically during a very dangerous situation and a “dealership doing good.”
