October 10, 2017 0 Comments

A very scary situation unfolded in Georgia this week as a franchise dealership GM was opening up shop for the day.

According to Fox5, on October 6th, ShottenKirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, in Canton, Georgia, was robbed. As the dealership’s general manager was opening the store, three men “burst” through the front doors of the dealership. One of the group of unidentified men put a gun to the GM’s head while the others stole his cell phone and took the keys to three Jeep Grand Cherokees. The robbers then sped away in the three vehicles. One of the SUVs was owned by the dealership, while the other two were in for service. Following the getaway, one of the stolen Cherokees was involved in an accident, after which the suspect fled on foot. The other vehicles were not recovered. None of the three suspects have been found.
