This is your look at dealership news from all around the nation.

First off, as WWLTV reported, a four-criminal team  swiped dealership keys at an identified Cutt Off, Louisiana dealership. As the story goes, at around 2:25 p.m. on July Mark Cheramie, Meaghan Eymard and an unidentified third man spoke to a salesman at the dealership, causing a distraction while Jeffrey Desalvo swiped three keys from behind the dealership desk. Employees noticed the keys were gone. They confronted Desalvo, who returned the keys and ran away, speeding off with the unidentified man. Their quick getaway left Mark Cheramie and Meaghan Eymard high and dry and soon arrested for their role in the crime. The next day, the unidentified man and Desalvo were also arrested.

Next up, as Times Tribune reported, BMW is dropping their lawsuit of Scranton, PA-based Wyoming Valley Motors. Back in April of this year BMW sued the dealership. BMW was reportedly suing because they didn’t get a chance to review the $17 million sale of the dealership and its assets to the Ed Napleton Auto Group and was unable to “determine whether it wants to exercise its right of first refusal.” It’s not clear why the suit was dropped but both sides reported agreed to pay their own court costs and end the legal proceeding.
Finally, As KGRV reported, a Donna, Texas woman, Rosalinda Rojas, was having problem’s with her newly purchased vehicle’s transmission. She returned the vehicle twice to Vega’s autos out of Pharr, Texas. The first two times the car broke following repairs, however the third time, the dealership agreed to fix the vehicle and even threw in a free warranty for future repair issues.
