“I’m thrilled to be announcing that Cameron is joining our team full-time. Our new SaaS platform has a lot of momentum, and I am confident that bringing on an experienced leader who knows our business, our industry, and our customers will yield great things,” said DrivingSales Founder and CEO Jared Hamilton.

DrivingSales, which has been leading the automotive industry with products that grow performance and maximize dealership employee potential, developed the industry’s first Human Capital Management platform over the last few years.

The HCM platform “automates critical management activities and employee career progression, while incorporating the DrivingSales online training, advanced analytics, and the industry’s largest automotive learning network.” It also grows dealership performance and reduces turnover, as well as maintaining employee records to allow for better dealer decision-making.

“DrivingSales is one of the most trusted brands serving dealers,” Darby said. “The mobile HCM platform it has built is an industry must-have and a critical tool in helping dealers drive efficiency for bottom-line growth. I’m looking forward to accelerating the growth of DrivingSales as it helps dealers get the most from their teams.”

Since its foundation in 2008 by a 3rd-generation dealer, DrivingSales has grown to serve thousands of dealerships as the automotive industry leader when it comes to helping dealerships maximize performance and ROI of their employees.

In addition to its HCM platform, the company offers 1,000 online training courses to help dealerships develop their talent via DrivingSales University. The company also offers the largest online professional network for automotive industry collaboration, and events it puts on are known as the industry’s top place for innovative, in-person education.

This is just great news! I had the privilege to work with Cameron at DealerSocket. I even accepted the offer to work for them because of my 10 minute interview with him 5 years ago, that is how much of an impact he had on me at that time. I still consider to that day Cameron as one of the best minds I had the opportunity to deal with. Congratulations to Cameron and the entire crew of Driving Sales who helped me shape the Car person I am today.
