eBay and TrueCar To Collaborate

For today’s story we take a look at a unique partnership between two companies in the automotive space.

TrueCar is teaming up with ebay. A bizjournals report on the partnership indicates eBay car shoppers will have access to TrueCar “pricing information” as well as the TrueCar dealer network, meaning consumers looking for a new auto will be able to contact TrueCar dealers directly about a new vehicle purchase.


Speaking about working with eBay, Chip Perry, President and CEO of TrueCar said in a statement, “eBay Motors is one of the largest automotive marketplaces that allows shoppers to easily connect with dealers and find the new car they’re looking for. Through our partnership, eBay conveniently gives buyers access to TrueCar’s upfront pricing information and certified dealer network.”
