Vandalism: Fire Extinguisher Used At Dealership

July 21, 2017 0 Comments

Today’s story is about another dealership suffering from vandalism, however, this time; it took place during regular business hours.

As Palm Beach Post reported, on July 8, Willie O’Neil of Lake Park, Florida was arrested after a bizarre incident at Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram out of West Palm Beach, Florida. O’Neil reportedly was driving near the dealership with another female passenger. The report indicates the woman said O’Neil stuck her before making her exit the vehicle. Not long after the woman was out of the vehicle, O’Neil got into a minor accident near the dealership, running to the median. O’Neil reportedly left the scene of the accident and began to act out. The scene of the accident was right near Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.

As the wild story goes, O’Neil walked onto the dealership lot, entering one of the buildings, grabbed a fire extinguisher and started spraying. O’Neil reportedly sprayed vehicles on the dealership lot after not getting his way. The man reportedly demanding keys to a vehicle being worked on by a dealership staff, who declined. After spraying the extinguisher, the man reportedly broke window glass with another fire extinguisher before deciding to lay the ground in his boxers and indicating, “someone was trying to kill him,” before authorities arrived and took him to the hospital then jail.

We at DrivingSales News are grateful that this incident ended peacefully. What is the typical reaction at your store or group if a customer starts acting very erratically?
