Pros: These guys are great to work with. We use them for secondary leads and have a great roi from it. Our rep is always great to work with as well.
Cons: You do have to filter through a lot of leads but it is worth it.
Pros: We used Promax for CRM, Desking, Inventory and Website for our used car lot that focused on Subprime Customers. One of the prime reasons that we chose Promax was it's ability to to push Credit applications to Credit Acceptance Corps (CAC's) proprietary desk desking / inception system CAPS (Now Caps 2.0). This feature only was a great time saver. If you are a CAC dealer promax is a "no braner" Promax has the ability to push credit applications and deal structures to Dealertrack. When I used promax this was accomplished by automatically opening a Delaertrack new application window and then the software would fill in the form and submit to dealertrack. The solution was completely functional and a great time saver. The one unique this about the Promax dealertrack flow is that you stay in the promax app the whole time, even when selecting the lenders. Promax is a competent system that will help you up your sales game, while covering all the based our your sales operation.
Cons: We were not able to get much value out of the sub prime inventory selection tool. It is supposed to help you identify what cars to show a customer on a reselect. This feature was a big draw, but there are a lot of variables. I'd be would a second look now to see if my experience who change how I would use this tool. At the time I used Promax it was implemented as and Internet explorer plug in. While completely functional; I wasn't the biggest fan of that aspect. Since my time with Promax, I've seen some cleaner implementations of Dealertrack integration, were a dealertrack lead in created in the background and then you submit the app in dealertrack. Of course you have to then switch out of promax and work in dealertrack to complete the app, select lender and work callbacks.
Pros: Fairly detailed and flexible. I recommend this tool for any dealer who will stay on top of everything inside CRM. If you are a "fix it and forget it" dealer, then get a simple product. Tool only as strong as people using it.
Cons: WAY too many clicks to do anything. There are no "Save" buttons in most areas, so you have to pray your changes got saved correctly. Did I mention WAY too many clicks to do anything...lol...I also think they should check with dealers routinely to make sure they have setup CRM to be effective.
Pros: Our account rep Jamie is always available and helps us with any questions or concerns we have. After the forms are programmed, when you start printing them they are a lot faster than AutoSoft. The forms department is always willing to help you out if you need a quick change or edit.
Cons: A few more people are needed in the forms department to help program. The wait time to get a new form ready for print is too long.
Pros: Easy to use, keeps everything I need to be successful a click away. Very knowledgable staff from the training department to tech support.
Cons: Promax is a complete crm tool with great training and support and I don't see any reason to use anything else....
Pros: Has always been a Great Tool in helping us find the best gross car in our new and used inventory for the next deal we work, but it really is much more then that. it helps with tracking our inventory, it helps with customer follow up, and also helps us mine our old owners for new prospects. I have and would again highly recommend Promax as the crm and desking tool of choice for any dealer.

Pros: ProMax has definitely been an integral part of our growth. It ties our sales, service and BDC together seemlessly and allows me to look at our in-store activity at a glance. Support and follow up are excellent. I highly recommend!
Pros: We have 18 stores with Promax and the customer service has been exceptional, which is very suprising because this isn't the first CRM tool we've used and they've all said the same things and didn't follow through. ProMax has been true to their word and provided our group with truly exceptional training and customer service. Other things we like about the product: -Great Desking tool, will build special fi and bhph applications specific to your needs -Reports from a control and management stand point are very customizable and easy to use, great for tracking multiple locations -Covers all our compliance needs in one system, so in the event of an audit we are covered(we all know how important this with all the changes lately) -integrates with ADP and Dealertrack -no glitches and outages yet to date
Cons: They don't have all the bells and whistles of some of the other crm's but they have a strong product with all the fundamentals and they work how they are supposed to!
Pros: Showroom tracking is a breeze for both salespeople and Managers. Reports are great for seeing exactly where you are by department. We desk all of our deals in Promax and then integrate it into Reynolds. Their Proposals are top notch.
Cons: Requires ongoing tweeking by F&I to keep lender guidlines accurate.
Pros: We recently renewed with ProMax and have been totally satisifed with there product. Training and support have been excellent.
