Cons: After the initial demostration and an order form signed Everything change, to be able to use the dashboard that they show me I need to buy ads through them, i was very specific when I signed the order form with the explicit order that I want to pay directly to google and facebook, they didn't listen, after everything I was asking to see the details of the campaigns and the bills, in three month they never ask me what I think or how I was feeling with the service nor the product, after I signed the only contact was from a billing person that act with no respect for me a customer and always offering that she want to avoid legal fees, looks like customer is only a $ sign for this company, doesn't matter the long term relationship or understand what was wrong with the service to do it better, this person even make up a number close to $800k trying to make me understand that was the value of the contract but they will settle for $15k, crazy how a person like this can work in a service compa
Pros: All of their reps are outstanding and available around the clock to assist with anything that may come up. They truly care about the dealer and have the dealer's best interest in mind when doing everything. They are not a vender that is NOT going to just blow through you money! We have all four of our dealerships signed up with them and are very pleased. We have seen traffic growth with their SEM and Display advertising and have a great working relationship with all of the reps. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for effective and well managed SEM agency!
Pros: We have found since using Smart Advertising that our website traffic has gone up. More importantly the quality of the click has been maintained so we know that we are attracting customers not just random clicks.
Cons: Cant think of any at the moment especially when viewed in the context of what their competition have on offer.
Pros: The level of support & responsiveness from their team, even directly from the company founder! Invenory-specific listings maximizes budget. The best PPC vendor we've used.
Cons: The copy of their ads could work harder to make your ads stand out from the crowd. Transparency - how does your spend with them drive website & showroom traffic if they don't press 'SEND' on a lead form?
Pros: Great portal for data. Transparent, provide full access to analytics/adwords.

Pros: Mixed review. I'm giving it a three because of decent results when I used it at a previous dealer. Now I'm currently using at my new dealership and it has never really taken off and shown any decent results. I'm not sure that now the program I'm using is collaborated with Ford with not as much flexibility as when I was using it as an independent product.
Cons: As a Ford DAS product, ROI has been very poor.
Pros: Delivering highly relevant display retargeting ads based on your visitor's previous web pages visited. Ex: Visitor comes to your site, views Silverado VDP. Later, while browsing the web, they are shown an ad for the same Silverado.
Cons: Sloppily ran optimization of search and display campaigns. Was told by their rep that it takes them 90 days to optimize a search campaign(??!!). Overwhelmed/inexperienced front line reps. Great technology and upper management but they clearly weren't ready for their role out staff wise.
